We are currently looking for a confident, passionate and multi-skilled Senior Creative and Digital Designer who will work closely with the Creative Director to oversee creative projects. The successful candidate will help drive creative pitches and proposals with a high level of strategic thinking, innovation and creativity.

The successful candidate will have experience bringing their ideas to life by guiding a design team through print and digital projects from inception to fruition. Being able to quickly develop excellent client relations is of great importance, as well as maintaining our high standard of project delivery.

Main Responsibilities    

  • High standard of creative delivery across print and digital
  • Empower, lead and support a design team
  • Pitching creative ideas to new and existing clients 
  • Quality control of all documents and assets
  • Ensuring all studio processes and workflows are followed and kept up to date

Required Skills and Experience

  • A degree in Graphic Design or similar with minimum 3 years hands on experience at a senior design level within a cooperate studio environment
  • Working for a Medical Communications Agency or a Pharmaceutical/Medical Company is preferable but not essential
  • An excellent knowledge of design and art working for print, digital and online
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong on/offline design knowledge
  • A natural eye for typography, colour, layout, photography and branding
  • Good knowledge of print process/production
  • You will have a good understanding of marketing communications and what outputs are best suited to specific media platforms
  • You will be up to date with new technology to provide innovative design solutions
  • Experience managing creatives and design processes to bring ideas to fruition
  • You will possess strong pitching and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong on/offline design knowledge
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles
  • User Centred design with strong UX/UI
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience with video, animation and motion graphics highly regarded
